Carlsbad Village in Carlsbad, CA

Carlsbad Village (formally known as Elm or Downtown Carlsbad).  Carlsbad Village is a quaint area that has many access points to the beach (Tamarak is a popular surfing spot).

There are a lot of restaurants, beer tap rooms, a wine bar, antique shops, clothing shops, fun coffee shops, and anything else you may need to enjoy your experience in Carlsbad Village.  It is a growing community that has everything within a few moments distance!

There are many different housing styles in Carlsbad Village.  You can find cute 1940’s style bungalow’s, larger homes that were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s, 2-story homes built in the 1970’s & 1980’s, and newer townhomes and condos that were recently built!

Many events are held in Carlsbad Village, such The Farmers Market which is held every Wednesday night from 3PM-7PM.  The Farmers Market is filled with some amazing vendors!  The Carlsbad Village Art Show is a popular event that occurs twice a year.  This brings people from all over San Diego county to see all the different vendors and participate in the fun!

Some of my personal favorites:

O’Sullivans Irish Pub for the Rasher & Cheese Boxty or Fish Tacos.

Pizza Port and Pizza Port’s Bottle Shop for the Beer and Pizza.

Compass for the amazing craft cocktails and great food.

Lola’s for the tacos.
